Great experience, friendly staff, would purchase at Dunning Motor Sales in the future!

It took 6 weeks from the time I called until the repair was completed. They said it was a busy time but that's a long time to be without my vehicle. Even worse, the lifetime power train warranty was not honored. They replaced the turbocharger but filed the claim as a waste gate failure. 54 years of owning Chevys (3 purchased from Dunning) and having them serviced by Chevy may be over. To what advantage? Plus, this '22 Equinox seems to be an inferior product.

They knew what they were doing and it didn’t take long for the work to be done.

Started out poorly, with confusing online appt scheduling. I chose a specific date/time for my service appt, and found out when I got there that it was 1st come, 1st served. I was not happy, and didn't have time to wait for my maintenance check-up. But mgr walked me over to the actual serviced dept, where a very helpful gentlemen listened to me issue and found a tech to take care of it. If I rate your online scheduling, it would be quite low, but good customer service made all the difference in the end and I left there a happy customer.

I had a great experience. James Mercer is a wonderful salesman. He answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back for my next purchase.

Bought truck went through a good inspection Pryor to the sell had to bring back to get a steering gearbox put on then after getting vehicle back after alignment truck was never road tested and steering wheel was crooked and truck was paint coated and picking truck up looks like a muddy mess where it was driven through every mud hole in back parking lot now got to bring back to get steering wheel linined back up not happy and it’s a hour drive one way

Mrs. Zilka did a great job. Very personable and professional.

Hayden Burris Jones and Rickie Patterson are the best. Hayden found me a car, love the color. And Charles and Rickie made it happen. They put me and my son in a new truck and car. Even brought a friend and they have a new car. These guys are awesome. This makes my second car from Dunning motors.
