It took 6 weeks from the time I called until the repair was completed. They said it was a busy time but that's a long time to be without my vehicle. Even worse, the lifetime power train warranty was not honored. They replaced the turbocharger but filed the claim as a waste gate failure. 54 years of owning Chevys (3 purchased from Dunning) and having them serviced by Chevy may be over. To what advantage? Plus, this '22 Equinox seems to be an inferior product.

Started out poorly, with confusing online appt scheduling. I chose a specific date/time for my service appt, and found out when I got there that it was 1st come, 1st served. I was not happy, and didn't have time to wait for my maintenance check-up. But mgr walked me over to the actual serviced dept, where a very helpful gentlemen listened to me issue and found a tech to take care of it. If I rate your online scheduling, it would be quite low, but good customer service made all the difference in the end and I left there a happy customer.
