The service technician was kind and willing to help - the issue is that there was a diagnostic fee on the car and the issue was not solved due to the warranty expiring at eight months?? The transmission is going out of a 2017 Chevy Tahoe that I had purchased from the same dealership in Feb. 2026 as of Sept. 2026 this vehicle is sitting in my driveway not doing it's job in providing transportation to my family. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle due to medical appointments (cancer treatments) every day as well as three of my children going to specialist every two weeks. This milage warranty expiring in eight months is not very professional of this dealership when it comes to covering a transmission that is part of the bumper to bumper warranty. I am the only person working in my family of ten and living paycheck to paycheck with no savings to pay out of pocket $8000. for a transmission. Truely at this point I will not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership due to this issue and this is not the first time someone has said that Dunning is not the place to buy a car because is the service of the vehicles they sell. My vehicle had service lights on when I purchased the Tahoe and was told the problem was taken care of but they couldn't get the service light messages to go off. Not a very happy Dunning customer at this time.
