    • VETTES ROCK!

Ownership experience has been great with the car. Very reliable, great performance and a lot of bang for the buck. I gave 3 stars for comfort…getting in and out requires a bit of athleticism, and the ride can be a little stiff on bad roads. Hey, it's a sports car, not a posh luxo boat! Highway gas mileage around 30 MPG on long ventures! Trading it in for a new C8!

    • First corvette I have owned.

Waited years for GM to build a great corvette inside and out, and I have not been disappointed. Except for the first two model years, corvettes have always been fast, but with so-so interiors, rattles and squeaks. Not anymore! Now that GM has gotten serious about upgrading corvettes to world class super cars I pulled the trigger and bought a 2019 corvette stingray. I love the styling of this vette and that it is the last year for front engines. It's a convertible, long beach red tint coat with a matching black and spice red 3 LT interior - just gorgeous. It also comes with the Z51 performance package. 8 speed automatic, red brake calipers, carbon fiber hood and trunk and a matching rear spoiler. Even though it is not a ZR1 or Z06 it is still darn fast and reliable. I know the vettes are mid engine now, but I just can't get pass the lines of the C7. Hats off to GM!!
